Usually, if a student reports that they can't access a resource linked in Canvas, the issue is with the link in Canvas. Compare the link in Canvas to the permalink for that resource listed in the Hatch collection, and ensure there are no discrepancies between the link in Canvas and the permalink for a particular resource. If there are no discrepancies, it may be worth (1) clearing your cookies and reattempting to open the link, (2) opening the link in an incognito window or tab, or (3) opening the link with a different browser. If you've tried these solutions and none allow you to open the link, the issue is likely not on your end.
