Although we cannot guarantee a particular turnaround time due to the nature of the process, generally we say a day or two for article requests, and two weeks for print books. If you are an online student who needs print materials mailed to your home, please add additional time for shipping.
As soon as the material arrives at the Hatch library and is available for pickup, we'll let you know via your Bay Path email address.
If you're an online or distance (CMC/EMC) student or faculty/staff member, once your interlibrary loan material arrives at the Hatch Library, we will send it to your home address listed in our records via first-class mail, which may take longer than ten days from your request date to arrive at your home.
Note: We cannot deliver interlibrary loan materials to PO boxes.
If you have any questions about the status of your interlibrary loan material, please call the library at (413) 565-1376 or send an email to ill@baypath.edu, and a librarian will get back to you as soon as possible.
