Several categories of people are eligible to borrow Learning Commons materials from the Hatch Learning Commons:
Faculty - Includes part-time and full-time employees with the classification of teaching and emeritus faculty, professional staff, and administrators.
Student - Students currently accepted and enrolled at Bay Path University.
Staff - Current employees of the University with a staff classification.
Cooperating Colleges of Greater Springfield (CCGS) - Students and faculty of the eight CCGS institutions with a valid college ID and a Springfield area address.
Alumni of Bay Path College may use physical materials within the building, but may not take them out of the building.
Note: An ID is required to enter the building. To receive a physical card, please contact the Department of Public Safety Administrative Office at vbraim@baypath.edu, or call 413-565-1225.
Guests are welcome when accompanied by a Bay Path University community member who has a valid Bay Path ID.
