What do I do if a student says they can't access a resource in my course?
Normally, if a student reports that they can't access a resource that is linked in Canvas, the issue is with the link in Canvas.
Compare the link in Canvas to the permalink for that resource that is listed in the Hatch collection.
If there are no discrepancies between the link in Canvas and the permalink for a particular resource, please let us know. We are happy to work with you to identify any issues and, if necessary, help you locate substitute resources.
